Recognizing Don Hovde for his years of service to the neighborhood. Don is transitioning off the board but has agreed to emeritus status.
Looking for a replacement for Don. Victor Backman has already expressed interest. Raising awareness to the association.
Sharing an updated budget for 2026 for the roads. There is a recommended increase in spending this year (.PDF attached) which covers it at a high level:
Increased snow removal budget to cover expenses we have already experienced this year
Increased road maintenance as we look to widen ends of roads into “cul-de-sacs" for improved trash, delivery, and emergency vehicle access
Introduce weed spraying for Road F to prepare for grating after Home construction is complete. There is good gravel under there but we need to remove the vegetation
