Vote for a proposed memorial bench for Cindy Richter

As a memorial for Cindy, Fred Richter would like to install landscape rocks and bench along West Bluff N Road (see drawing attached). This will replace the bench that was there last year. Per our covenants, we're seeking association approval for Fred to do so. The officers of this board are supportive as is our road's leader, Don Hovde, who Fred spoke to. Fred would like to get this done before Cindy's internment celebration in July, so we're seeking your approval now instead of at the annual meeting.

Please vote YES to approve this proposal or NO against it by May 23. A simple majority is needed for approval.
