March 21, 2026
The annual meeting of the Pepin Pava Homeowner’s Association was held at 10am on Saturday, March 21, 2026 by Zoom. The meeting was facilitated by Jenn Tomini, President. Other officers in attendance were Leigh Gice, Troy Ruppe, and Paul Solyntjes.
The meeting was called to order by Jenn Tomini. The attendees were counted, and a quorum was confirmed. Attendance. Approval of Proxies. Confirmation of Quorum.
Election of Officers: The positions Treasurer is open.
Jenn Tomini - President
Troy Ruppe - Vice President
Leigh Gice - Secretary
Paul Solyntjes - Treasurer - This position is open for volunteers. Please consider.
New members were introduced and welcomed:

Review and Approval of 2025 Minutes. Approved.
Committee Reports
Roads: Don Hovde (Bob Walsh & Chris Troutman committee members).
Don Hovde is stepping away. We thanked him for all the years of service!
We need to work with the township on the roads. Don will stay connected with us on this.

Just a reminder, the tennis court is for paying members only. If you are one of the 12 paying “c” memberships, you are welcome to use the tennis court.
Tennis court is set up for tennis and pickleball.
